what i did with my game, level Blastoise to mid-high 70's, do the same with Eevee.

THIS IS A KABUTOPS.IT EVOLVES FROM KABUTO, WHICH YOU GET FROM A FOSSIL.Oops... Caps lock.Anyways, I think you can get Moltres at Mt.Kindle, so yes, go there.

Nope, you need to get the national dex because Umbreon is a Johto Pokemon.

no, Fire Red/Leaf Green has no internal clock, since Eevee relys on time of day to evolve into Umbreon, you can not evolve Eevee into Umbreon or Espeon.

and Emeraldso if you want Umbreon trade Eevee to one of those 3 and max out its friendship during night.otherwise if you want it to evolve use Fire stone(Flareon) Thunderstone (jolteon) or Waterstone (Vaporeon)
