To get the 2nd fuse you need to:Power up the kitchen with the first fuse.Then go to the key pad to the left and type in 1977 in the pad.Go into the room and click on the fourth piece of meat, then her friend will fall out along with the key.Go back to the kitchen and open the thing with the lock on it and BAM, you got the second fuse....Now do I need to post what to do next?
