if you love pokemon, you'll love this r4 justin. you can make shiny pokemon and any pokemon evr made, except for pokemon from chaos black or quartz(taiwan fakes, dad brought back). you can make shiny arceus., shiny darkrai, shiny giratina, shiny lugia. you get it? right?

ok, i have to repeat myself, i don't like doing dat >:(, anyways it can only download games that were already released in that country, like say heart gold is released in japan(which it already is), then you could download it in japanese. when it comes out in US(english), then you can download it in english. the pokemon, i think the program hacks it

(1) You should have made yourself clear in the first place(2) language not country...(2.5) I already knew that(3) again language not country (in this case US)(4) Yes it hacks the pokemon in the game...Other things(5) It doesn't matter what country (or language for that matter) it comes from, pirating is illegal(6) Chaos Black and Quartz are fake pokemon games

I am assuming you are talking about CB and Quartz? yes they work but they are not "Official Nintendo" products like R/B/Y/G/S/C/R/S/E/LG/FR/D/P/PT/HG/SS are, so they are called fake...
