justin, R4 is a thing where you can download games on the ds. it is not actino replay but has cheats too. you can download any ds game ever made

i get mine from a guy who supplies them at a collectibles show. just to tell you, it is in america(probably UK too) and it is 40 US dollars

if you love pokemon, you'll love this r4 justin. you can make shiny pokemon and any pokemon evr made, except for pokemon from chaos black or quartz(taiwan exclusives, dad brought back). you can make shiny arceus., shiny darkrai, shiny giratina, shiny lugia. you get it? right?
