Theres some programs like the Apprentice program where you have to download but those don't actually have any rules implemented so you'd have to enforce the rules onto the other player. Because with just about all those online ones, you can draw whenever you want and stuff. Best way is to do it on the DS with the World Championship games.

to me i put 20 monsters 10 traps and 10 spells even so that way it can balance out ooh and try to get as many combos as possible
