I bought World Championship 2010. So far its been pretty much the same as all the other ones, at least like 2007, which is the other one I have. Only real notable difference is that dueling is so slow. Whenever the opponent does something, it always makes you check the field. Thereby slowing the duel down. And I can't seem to find a way to turn it off either. I think I picked the wrong pack of boosters in the game too because my deck ain't looking so great at the moment.

I'm pretty sure, you start out in Sayer's lab place then you go to the Fortune Cup, then flashback, then etc...
