My wife bought a Pyrus Griffon 350g from ebay for our grandson. How can I tell if it is a fake? It is smaller than all the other Bakugan I have seen, but it has those triangle headed screws in it. I also tried to see if I could see the gold marking through the wings, which I could not. (I seen that video someone posted about being able to see through the thinner plastic.)Did they make some that were smaller? (Yes I'm a newbie to Bakugan.)

Thanks everybody.Not sure if the magnet is showing, but I don't remember seeing it. My Grandson took it home with him. He said he is going to try and trade it to someone else because he didn't like the size of it. LOL

That's not neccesarily true, some of the members here have seen them in places like Walgreens or TRU.

I remember that SM said they may create Traps with g-power in official site when Trap was first released, I try to find that now but fail.

I could find some in retailer's shop, but I knew they're fake with a peek, the Pyrus Zoack has gold highlight instead of orange, and the Ventus one...just like the one above ;D

I have not found a trap with a G Power number either, but I believe they make them.

When a Trap is placed on a Gate card it will open revealing either a different Attribute or G-Power. In a notmal battle, you woulld play with 3 Bakugan plus 1 Trap bakugan. When using the Big Game rules, you are only allowed 2 bakugan Traps. In order to play a bakugan Trap, you must have the same attribute as the bakugan in the battle that you want to use Trap with. Next you just lie Trap down on the gate card & when it opens, determine what is revealed, if it's an Attribute symbol, then your Bakugans Attribute is changed to that Attribute. If a G-Power is revealed, then your bakugan gains that amount of G-Power. After the battle, Trap goes to the used pile. When you are out of bakugans to use, take all of those in your used pile and move them to your un-used pile, you may also move Trap as well.
