This morning I was at Toys R Us and saw some new Bakugan I hadn't seen before. Well, I'd seen them in other colors, but not in these colors.Before Christmas, it seemed like for the most part each type of character was available in two different colors. For example, I saw Bee Striker in Haos and Ventus, Naga/Ultimate Dragonoid in Pyrus and Subterra, El Condor in Darkus and Ventus, Fortress in Pyrus and Aquos, Frosch in Pyrus and Aquos, etc. So I assumed that that's how they do it -- just make each character in a couple of colors.However, over the last week or so, and especially in the new shipment at Toys R Us today, there were versions of these in colors I hadn't seen previously: Bee Striker in Pyrus, Tentaclear in Pyrus, Frosch in Darkus, Fortress in Darkus, Naga/UltimateDragonoid in Haos, and others. So perhaps they do start in two colors, but then roll out other colors later?Plus, as I mentioned in another thread, they had a bunch of Series 2 starter packs. So those seem to be coming out again also.

Actually, that's old news in these parts… Darkus Frosch and Haos Naga have been in my collection for a month now…However the Pyrus Tentaclear is new to me.... It also was pointed out there are other new additions to the bakuswap series... including our first B2 Mantris... a Ventus one!Yes, ever since Series 2 this is how it has been. Initial assortment is released with a couple colors per character, and then they expand.I wouldn't say the old stuff is "coming out again"... they might be left over from in the Spin Master warehouses. It happens, new product comes in form overseas, and older stuff gets lost only to resurface later.

checked all my stores today and found alot of series 2 starters at a walmart and a couple at target. And i also grabbed 5 dual attribute bakugan. will be postin news on front page soon as well as updating that page with pics

"To me that means you get to pick... and not just before you roll like if your fighting Two clear Bakugan which states you have to pic the type before the roll.Hopefully they will expand the rules on these things, but knowing spinmaster, that won't happen for like.. a year.. if ever... <_<

I think that it was kind of a stupid idea to do that because SM would get more business if they just let kids do it themselves. I can do that myself in like 4 minutes per pair
