I thought that crishing blow if your over like 100gs no ablity can be played

I thought that crishing blow if your over like 100gs no ablity can be played

Its 200 and I' not over I'm underby 540...I've done this plenty of times before and if anyone wants to get picky hen I'll us the 620 G-Power for freakin sake...
