Since Ingram has the same printed G-power, it doesn't have the lowest printed G-power, and therefore does not get the bonus. Its printed G-power would need to be <650.No counter.

Since I lost that battle with a Haos bakugan, I play Learn from Experience and add a new red ability to my unused pile.Haos Bakucore Abis Omega stands on my gate @ 750G.Gate card, open!
