same reason the turbine guys dont have a ripcord i guess lol

It doesn't really look like there's room in there to hold a dice. I know this might sound stupid (ok will sound stupid) but what if that's NOT the Dice Thrower, what if the Dice Thrower is a third evolution. 😮 ??? 😮 ??? 😮
