Yeah that commercial was poor choice of advertising / marketing. Having a product show up on a commercial and having buyers find it out that it is not available was a lousy marketing choice. Another example is the items listed on Target.com which apparently does not exist or is part of future releases for the franchise.
Idk, I think it was supposed to show what new vestroia had to offer. If you think about it, it's kind of wise to make 3 commercials instead of making a new commercial for every time 4 or 5 get released in a set (my guess, 30).
