um guys i reall want to enter but i dont have photo shop, could you please tell me a good site or free program thet'll help me with this
You could also use what I use, Paint. You probably already have it downloaded under Applications. Warning: It sucks.

Wow, you're pretty good for paint, Smeargs. Well I guess, afterall, you ARE a Smeargle... But really try moving up to Gimp or Photoshop, you'll be even more epic.

1. I feel it should be said that entries can't be bigger than 300x200px, it's on the first post.2. Darnit my banner design is so similar to yours HE, now I have to start all over XD

Its not bannermaker, its size requirement. I dunno who's is actually 200x300 though. Look at the first post he HAD Justin's in there and his definately wasn't 200x300
