LOL, everyones debating about the winner when they have no say, and FYI, I made my banners on paint, and I never have made banners before ;D

It's just that he's (Eclipse) has so many and good ones at that The more you have the more likely you are to be chosen. I am currentyl working on two more. LA la la la laaaaaa!

how do u transfer it form paint?

K, I had the same issue, so first, save it on your computer, and then access an account on a photosharing website, I just used photobucket, then download it and voila, your good.
