Maybe. Depends on the ban list XP(Also, PM me, I have some ideas of a few rule changes that will make it different from BNR, yet still keeping it anime style.)

No ban list,YET,But if there starts to be a trend of an overused card(Which I doubt,because only few people on there can ACTUALLY make a dang strat) I will.
