      Yes there is a such thing as a Monitor with a WebCam Built in. I think they're about a couple hundred bucks more than a regular monitor.

      OOORRRRRyou could buy a laptop with a Built in Ones, not that Expensive Really, cheaper than a Montor with a built in webcam

      I know. When I connect Wi-Fi with my Wii, I see all my neighbors internet things, which sadly they have locked.
