Since I've notice that certain packs come with certain bakugan combinations of certain Gs. I think it might be a good idea to compile a list of packages so that people who visit the site know what they're getting. Also since everyone buys every now and then, there could be a group contribution so that people newer people could get what they want faster whether it be for their own collections or to trade other people. I'm pretty much talking about the starters. But I think we can compile the Gs too of all the bakugan since between everyone subscribed I think we have all the G combinations. I personally think it would be very helpful

I may be wrong, but I assume Admin is talking about the “database of Bakugan marbles” that Nimrod98 and I talk about at the bottom of this thread:http://forum.bakuganbuzz.com/index.php?topic=138.0I've done some brainstorming and early design work on it, and in a week or so when my real job slows down a bit I'll be back at it some more (hopefully Nimrod98 will have some time then too =)What I personally have in mind is something to help people:

• identify Bakugan marbles, especially one of the "hidden" ones such as in starter or battle packs
• build a comprehensive list of g-powers that are found on various marble colors/types -- so you have a pretty good idea of what you'll get at the store even if the marble has a sticker covering the g-power.
• Let people create their own "list of Bakugan" similar to the "Bakugan Marble Collections" topic in this site -- so you could have your own url and just link to that for people to see your collection.
• ...plus some other ideas that aren't quite as thoroughly thought out yet

In addition to that i was thinking of adding a few things to my card database to allow for bakugan type, bakugan attribute, and bakugan g-power. This would allow people to look up bakugan and see the attributes available and the g-powers available as well ( in addition to the cards ).I actually got the "beta" of the card database but i need better instructions from the coder on how to set it up and test it for bugs. ( i only know how to upload pics and pages to create a webpage, nothing about php and scripts and all that. )

A list of packages would be impossible and inefficient as many have past , never to be gotten again.However a list of Bakugan, what attributes they come in in what g's is possible...and possibly whether a certain G comes in a starter or a booster or both.I have around 150 Bakugan and know of plenty more. Here's a helpful hint:If there's a bakugan you want in the highest G-power it comes in but can't seem to find it in that power... always look for it to be the closed marble in a starter pack. Closed marbles are easy to identify... you just need to study your Bakugan. That's why it might be helpful if this site had pictures of what each character type looked like closed. Back last January I thought it was an impossible task identifying closed bakugan as well, but it's actually not that hard, and I've become an expert, you can too, lol.

Hmm, maybe i can add a picture of the closed marble on each bakugans type page. I can pretty much tell which they are myself. I need to learn which g-powers they come in.

These comments are all pretty much in agreement with my thoughts and experience.When I first started hunting (a few weeks before Christmas) I wished for a place to see photos with names, including photos of closed ones. A list of possible G powers would be icing on the cake.I never found one so I started thinking about building one myself.Then I found this site, which at least gave names and some photos. In the mean time I got a lot of Bakugan (around 135 at last count) and started compiling them into a spreadsheet -- which meant a lot of time poring over details like exterior patterns and where the lines and joints are. So by the time I finished my "inventory" I was also at the point where I could identify just about any Bakugan even when closed. (Except the five or so -- now down to two -- that I don't actually own.)I agree that photos of closed marbles would be a nice addition to the main pages of the site.If others think a "database" or something with lists of possible G powers for different marbles would be nice, I'd be happy to build something, or add onto the code that Admin got from his hired coder, or whatever. I don't really have strong feelings about it -- mostly I just saw a need for something that would be useful to me, so I thought I might as well build it. But I haven't yet =)
