Well if it's the lowest printed g-power, then why are you 690g ? If the card text reads 'lowest PRINTED g-power', then it is pretty simple ? right ? You win at 640g.Actually, I think the card must read the 'lowest g-power' which is different than 'lowest PRINTED g-power' text.

IIRC the card said if the reroll is lower than the original roll you have to roll it again, so did you roll twice or did I remember the card wrong lol?

Wait, I forgot I couldn't use that card. Stage level or game level or whatever it's called had to be 2. You win.And the card says exactly: Play during a battle with your Chance Dragonoid: Reroll DRAGOs die. If you roll lower, reroll one more time. Remove this card from the game.I didn't pay attention to the lower part, but I can't use it anyways.
