first you will need a darkus bakugan, high voltage, dire reaper, and a good drakus gate card. you probaly see where i'm going with this, so first lose on the card high voltage in a big brawl game(6 vs. 6) so now your opponent loses 6 ability cards. then battle on another gate card and use dire reaper and if you used this combo when first starting the game where you usedno abilities besides this one you get a 500 g bonus to add to your darkus bakugan. so have funtearing down your opponent :)

use all low gs and all gate cards the bakugan with the lowest gpower wins

Um, hate to rain on your parade (not), but the rules say you need to play with 1 gold gate, 1 silver gate, etc., so that wouldn't work. Next, it's kinda predictable. On top of THAT, you couldn't engage your opponent on his card, cuz all your g-powers would be low. Lastly, even if you tried, it wouldn't work based on the above reasons. In short, not to be rude, THAT'S STUPID!!! ;D

high voltage is a bronze gate. dire reaper is a green ability. that has nothing to do with it. the strategy in question requires using all bronze/copper gates, which is against the rules. my post made complete sense, try reading it again.

I'm not questioning your strategy joe, yours is great. I'm questioning vernrileys' strategy. Now I understand why you thought my post was weird. 😀

I saw this strategy on another forum the other day and it seems like a pretty nice strategy. Then a few days later I got a High Voltage card and was wondering what else can I put in for the combo. So I was looking through my Gate cards and I saw the “Holding Power” card(Gold).Holding PowerThe Bakugan in the battle whose player has the most Ability cards in their unused pile at the start of this battle gets +200 G-Power.So to me it seems like a nice Gate card that goes well after you've played the High Voltage combo.

I use the losing on High Voltage strategy, but I like to follow it up with a quartet battle w/ trap.

I've been looking into this strategy a lot since I want to use Darkus. So just a few things to note if playing by the official rules. Such as, your opponent must go first for this to work, or else you must have an Ability card to put your Bakugan on your own card in the beginning, or you have to miss purposely so your opponent will land on your card. Unless they are a skilled roller/spinner/curler, more than likely the only card they can roll onto is yours; since yours is closest to them and vice versa. And even then, theres a chance that it might not work if they're carrying a card like Marucho's Throw.Another thing is, you'll have to win on one of their cards for sure because you've lost your first Gate card to them. Shouldn't be too hard because you should have most of your Ability cards still. But who knows what they'll have, could be a "Lowest G-Power wins" card. So the use of a card like Rikimaro's Surprise(Red Ability) can be of great help here canceling out whatever effect their Gate card might be. Since the 2nd Gate card you'll be battling on will be theirs. Again, you'll have to miss your roll if you are first for Rikimaro's Surprise to work. And as I posted before, Holding Power(Gold Gate) would be a nice edition to this combo giving the player with the most Ability cards in their Unused pile at the beginning of the battle a +200G-Power bonus. Not to mention it'll give Darkus a 110 G-Power Bonus while not giving too much to the other Attributes. Well theres my thoughts on the combo, its pretty nice and I'm going to try it in real life whenever I get the chance.

Ive been using the High Voltage part of your strategy for forever, but i never thought to add in Dire Reaper! Thanks for the tip!
