It's actually the Cyber wheel.It's shape is based off original Pegasis wheel, and that had great smash attack, so so does Cyber as well.

no, cyber sucks. storm is the best here in the US for right spin. even if cyber was based off of pegasis, the differences in cyber and pegasis are what cyber's downfall is. lux is correct
