And I'm guessing your using all of the same attributes in this game so you get a 0g boost. Now the boost for pyrus is 80g's plus my 300 putting me at 1090g's and you get a 70g boost putting you at 780g's. I'm guessing I win that one because there's really nothing that can help you out here.

Ability card activate Stealin'. (technically a gate card has already been set) (somehow it's legal ) So now I get your Call Of the Defenders and bring Alpha Percival back into my used pile. So now I'll put my 770g darkus Alpha Percival onto Bakugan Swap. (you may thnk I can't do this but I asked an admin on the community and he said it was a legal move.) You wanna activate anything?

That'd make sense if the card was set right before the battle began, but this was the first card set when the game began. Are you sure it was confirmed in this situation?

Yeah it counts. In the community I was facing Umblumb and we were in this situation and he activated stealin' on my bakugan swap card and brought back his naga and put it back on Bakugan Swap (well he could've done it with any bakugan in his used pile) then I said you can't do that then he told me yes I can so then I asked an Admin and he said It's legal. He also said it was a great strategy. So do you wanna activate something?
