There's about 5 parts. These can really effect/affect:Attack,Defense, and Control.

yeah you mean, Metal Ring 1, Meta ring 2, and metal ring 3You KNOW my argument is valid...

Eh IDK about BeyBlade but in Battle Strikers there are about 5 total parts.

Actually no. None of it is metal, and the smallest parts have a big effect.
