This is a topic just like the topic Inboxes full, but the difference is you post that you only post when someone's Banner/Avatar is slowing down your computer.

if Tdogs banner made you have to refresh then you may want to check your computer for viruses and spyware. also you may want to make your files more compact to free up spac or delete unwanted or unneeded files
