OMG the bakugan have finally updated their FAQ. here is what they said:
* Does a card that mentions a specific Bakugan also work for evolved forms of that Bakugan?For example, does the Skyress card work with a Storm Skyress? Yes! Any card that works for a particular version of a Bakugan works on all evolved versions of that Bakugan. This works backwards too! If there was a card that called out Storm Skyress for example, it would also work on the normal Skyress.
