There are a lot of technical issues and hardware issues that have to be worked out.If they were to rush the game out, the thing would probably break, setting them back further. They'd probably have to get new servers to replace the ones that will fry because of all the players that bum rushing the game to get in. Lord Darkus said that they are aiming for March, but if there are issues that can't be avoided, the release might be pushed back.Be patient.You can't accuse someone of false advertisement. False advertisement involves them advertising a product as having certain qualities or features, and then the product not having those features.

false advertisement can be anything from the product being different then they showed or described or the date to be changed without telling anyone. also there are quite a few competitive company's that would do anything to take down another company so they don't have to compete with them.
