B3 isn't in my area, we just got Maxus Drago in the area a few weeks ago and BakuSteel has just started popping up.

I HATE my Walmart. Still NO Bakusteel at all. My TRU has some Bakusteel, and not sure about my Target, but, once again, I HATE MY WALMART!!!

YOU ARE SO LUCKY!!! NONE OF THE STORES IN MY AREA EVEN HAVE NORMAL BAKUSTEEL YET! AFTER SHIPMENTS, THEY ONLY HAVE BAKUNEON AND BAKUGLOW!
