well… my brother has 2 one import and one from US. the imported's head works cool but the US's head is all weird so… im just as confused as u

if you get alpha percival in a battle pack it do the same as a import one if you get in starter or booster its head is stuck

Wrong. Getting it from the battle packs does not garuntee anything. I have two Alpha Percivals from starter packs and neither can "rawr" My guess would be that any way you buy it, gives you a random chance of the jaw being loose...
