Its tough to decide, X and XX were pretty cool. Definitely not the Turn A. Wing Zero/Custom was cool and so was HeavyArms Custom. Strike and Aegis from Seed. Freedom and Justice from Seed Destiny. And all the ones from 00.

I've only watched seed and 00 but I knew all of those gundam. I'm playing the SD Gundam Online game too! IT'S FREAKING AMAZING!!!
