Are you referring to a member here or the character in the show lol? If there is a member called Master Ingram then he's very misinformed, the 650g Dragonoid without the traps can be used, but the combined form is NOT usable in a brawl.

well i did read a special set of rules called a maxus battle were both players have to have maxus bakugan, and when they play them combined they can only choose 1 of the g-powers of all the bakugan used to make it and 1 of the attributes of all the bakugan used. but it could be a fake set of rules
