That's probably because the feet stabilize and steady the bottom half so the top half can spin more.
This card could be useful.After analyzing your opponent's battle style, you could choose a pretty valuable card to counter your opponent's strategy.

I know we've seen it before as (Not sure on name) Hyper Dragonoid right?
