    No it can't... Not to my knowledge.And it can be caught in five regions that I know of off the top of my head. Kanto, Orre, and Sinoh, and the reigons from the Mystery Dungeon games. Not sure about the ones from ranger, no clue on trozei.ON-TOPIC: Oddish~
