ALL Bakugan are made in various factories in China so in essence when you want to ask if a Bakugan is an "import" to me they are ALL imports as non are made in the USA... But for conversation sakes this Ventus HM is a REAL Bakugan and NOT fake as it does come from a SpinMaster factory and does have the SpinMaster coding on the bottom... but yes it is an 'import"
