To my knowledge, only two bakugan have 780 and none of them are on Maxus Helios....still, Yoshi seems okay with it, so as long as you follow the other basic rules you should be okay. It's probably Klawgor. Those are everywhere nowadays... easiest way to tell is Klawgor has those bumps on its horns.

IIRC Pyrus and maybe Vetus can do it. Then there's also he "brown" Maxus Helios which wa probably th first to be completed all in all.
