Here the creator of the cards and stuff is the one who gave the ranks. Ray told me that they didn't really do much just learn how to play. With the BUT(Bakugan Ultimate TOur) it caused kids to buy more Bakugan than ever. The offical tournys will come soon just wait. But It takes more than one to find out who's number one. If there is any rank system that is truely the best it's the Pokemon one. If there is ONE huge tournament in the middle of Fall yes.
