Because Bakugan is in the same vein of "Popular card game with fakes being made of it". Pokemon has these problems, too.

My Pyrus one didn't work at all at first and I had trouble taking it apart, but it's fixed now!
All over my kitchen, on a rod iron pot hanger, on my bathroom mirror, my living room lamp, hotel room hotel, and left it their, on my car while driving, ceiling fan and metal side bar in the movie theater. So yeah.
