Correct that is only for ones that have G-Power or Attribute wheels.

Can you still use HSP cards now with the new cards just not use the HSP……you have to ask the other player who you are playing if it is ok to use themI have a ability card that says you can pick up a Elfin or Preyas and put it back on the card. So my question is does it also mean Preyas II
