dice elico is just like regular elico, except somehow they were able to put an elmental change dice in there, hence the name dice elico.

Viper Helios already evolves into Helios. And Helios is already mechanical. So Mecha Helios doesn't make much sense. And Altair is already mechanical, so adding "mecha" in front of it's name doesn't make sense either. :
