That's not how it works. It's first to get three gate cards in their used pile who wins, not last one with Bakugan.
That's why I don't think Neo Dragonoid is part of Maxus Drago, unless the Maxus Drago set comes with an exclusive version of Drago, because all the Bakugan in the Maxus Drago set are supposed to be exclusives.

I activated Julie's throw on Clayf sending him to the used pile. Then Neo Dragonoid was sent to the used pile from Bakugan Swap's effect and I'm about to beat angelo.
