make a neo dragonoid vortex?

    Hi,i just wanted some help on makeing a neo dragonoid vortex. whats even in the neo dragonoid vortex that makes it spin? is it even possible 2 make 1 out of a regular neo drago?i need some answers

    but dont u just have to make that thing in the middle loose so it will twirl?

    Yeah, I did that by filing down the middle peice with sandpaper, but it doesnt look right when if faces backwards.

    Dudes. It's NOT POSSIBLE. You need a gear on the right flap wing thing, a gear in the middle, some other mechanisms, and a whole bunch of stuff. WHAT IS THE POINT OF GOING THROUGH ALL THAT IF IT'S OUT ALREADY!?

    I used some sandpaper.(warning:it takes long)
