Bakugan Bakubinder Abilty card question

Are the 3 ability cards that come in the Bakugan Bakubinders all the same?
Or does each Bakubinder for each Attribute have a different set of 3?

I don't know for sure... but, if you look at the Bakuganbuzz website under the binder cards, there are 3 listed and none of them strike me as "this one only comes with the pyrus binder" sort of thing.  The 3 cards cover all the different elements, and are listed I, II, and III so I'm guessing that is all of them and each binder simply has the same set of cards.  Here's the page and cards so decide for yourself.
