The ablity card your thinking of is "Special Boost"

It reads:
"Play during a battle. If your Bakugan has a specal treatment, your Bkugan gains G-Power, based on its Attribute, one time for each gate card in your used pile and the used pile of your opponent in this battle.
0 (Red)
30 (Blue)
20 (Brown)
30 (White)
50 (Black)
40 (Light Blue)
So, I'm guessing that this is refering to the Bakugan that have specal treatments like jumping, changing colors, etc. But , as I said before, there is no way to referance that power to the ball (other then just "knowing" it belongs >_<) this is a very powerfull card, as it could net you a bonus for every element execpt for Pyrus (red).
up to 4 times , if both players had 2 gates each, insain. For my Aquos who is a Wavern type, this would be a possilbe +30 x 4! +120! not bad!
Now since there (really) isnt a way to tell who does and doesnt have the "specal" treatment I feel that this card really should just give it to whoever uses it. :/
