Yes you can, the HSP is ignored though. But is it me or do these cards have negative powers for certain attributes?? I have a couple that does so..

yeah at the moment they haven't ruled on if u ca use them still. there are some gone strategies with them though. i think the new cards were meant to replace the old ones, but until they make an official ruling keep using them.

i dont think we shuld be able to use them in an official battle tho. like the gamez goin smooth with all series 2 cards then they pull out a series one with the minus and it just ruins the flow of the cards and th game

bakugan.com says that you can if both players agree to.

I don't see why not.... They're perfectly legit cards produced by spinmaster.
Its their own fault they changed the rules...
Those cards don't really disrupt anything, and the card types still match up to the 3 different types we have now!

Dude what are you talking about? XD

Series 1 Cards are Black and Silver yes. So what... they still match up to the card types we have now.

Normal gate cards (have no title) = Silver gate cards
Character gate cards (character name w/double bonus to character type) = Gold gate cards
Command gate cards(titled cards with special text) = Copper gate cards.

The Ability Gate cards from series ones are the only oddballs.
While we have no official ruling for them, I suppose they would either 1. be banned, or 2. Replace your Copper Gate card.

So? XD

There ARE gold cards that ARE character cards, thus all character cards fall into gold.

The one exception in the new series cards being Naga who is a copper card, why I don't know. But all the series 1 cards are the basic double the G's bonus, so they fall into Gold. right?
