if it says skyress it means it works for any skyress

Yes, a Storm Skyress is a Skyress, just like a Gorem card works for gorem and Hammer Gorem,  Dragonoid card works for all versions of Dragonoid, Tigrerra works for Tigrerra and Blade Tigrerra, and Preyas Switch works for Preyas and Preyas II.

Yah it does. All cards work for themselves and their evolutions. But I have covered this in another topic already, just so you know.
