Official North American Colors Thread
« on: April 08, 2009, 02:33:45 AM »
Okay, I created this thread to stop any confusion people may have, as well as provide an all out space for us to post and prove the existence of Bakugan in specific attributes/colors/what have you.
I'm tired of searching through a billion threads for off topic color revelations. I also don't want people making a new topic for every little thing they find.

That being said... I have nothing new to bring for my first post here, but I do have a question.
Regarding Limulus... When I do a search on eBay I notice sometimes a Darkus Limulus comes up. Does anyone know if this color has been released within the NA standards, and If so where is he found?  This is one of my most wanted Bakugan so it's just killing me.   :P

I bought the Darkus Limulus. I have no idea where it comes from though.

The Ventus, Aquos and Pyrus Limulus' (Limuli if you want to get technical) have been released pretty much everywhere. The Darkus Haos and Subterra versions will be showing up in EAST COAST targets and Toys R Us' in Mid to late May. Then they will reach the west coast for sure by the end of May. And will be in all WalMarts for the cheaper $4.99 in the beginning of June.
Hope that helps Agent. The eBay ones you've seen popping up are pretty much ones that factory workers and the such have got and are selling for an obscene amount of money.
Just be patient, they will be here soon.
You can also get some nice Pearl Limuli out in some areas, but these are sparse, but you can buy them on eBay for about 7 bucks.

I don't get it....How the heck do you know that? No offense, but I've been at this way longer than you have and there has NEVER been information THAT specific. Plus I already have a Haos Limulus from a while back. Nor has it been said anywhere official that "Limuli" is "technically" plural. Unless you can back it up with proof I don't appreciate your fast, confident words.

The only Pearl Limulus is Pyrus and that was released forever ago.

Plus... all I asked was if the Darkus was a NA release, which it obviously isn't yet.

TRU, east coast.  lol.  Not exactly east coast but east of the Mississippi... if that counts.

Remember the argument/discussion we had when I first joined the board about case sequences, etc?  Well this particular limulus should have been a darkus midnight percival based on other cases with the same contents.  Maybe they ran out of midnight percivals and stuck this one in the case to finish it up?  I don't know.... this is defininitely not the first time I've seen weird stuff from SM.   Two examples lately would be the ventus tentaclear I found in a Bakupearl starter pack in January and the Haos Monarus I found in February? in a Bakuclear booster (should have been a grey bee striker) before the latest Vestroia stuff came out.  Another example that I just thought of is the Aquos Harpus that I found in January in a Bakuclear starter which wasn't released until the latest New Vestroia releases.

**edited for typos, then added pic of ventus tentaclear for TheBleakReaper*

lol, that's awesome, gracias.

Yeah, I'm not surprised when SM pulls a switch in their cases sometimes, not because it's SM, but just because that sort of thing DOES tend to happen, especially with something like Bakugan.
Lol, based off your last encounters though, this shows SM is good and ready to release the next set, eh?

Well you just never know with SM.   They could release these as boosters, or maybe Bakuclips, or
Bakubelts, etc..... its almost impossible to predict what the master plan is.  ???
