Theres no definite strongest "in the world" but IMO its High Voltage.

No one card is more powerful than another. All cards are equal in power, IMO. You just have to find out how to use them to your advantage.

this gives me an idea.... i'll calculate what each attribute bonus added up together makes and compare each one (i'll only do a certain number to test)

how does dat work, on what bassis, i mean like how many of each cards are you gonna use then restart on another couple? am i making myself clear?
