can preyas switch his attribute to any  cause my friend said he cant go to fire can he ?

Preyas  is a type. There might be an ABLITY card that alows you to swtich, but no- Preyas can not just deside what it wants to be.

Preyas Switch allows any Preyas to become any attribute. Your friend is lying, Pyrus is a perfectly acceptable choice.  ;D
