I noticed that the first couple of green ability cards say that your Bakugan becomes "enslaved" and may not be rolled. New element to playing the game, enslaving Bakugan?

I read that as soon as they re-did the site XD

I wonder what it means, or if they just put "Enslaved" for more of a pointless effect?

Ernie.. It's always puzzled me as to why you don't provide links in your posts.

I know the issue with the forum not linking to the main site is something we will work on,  but not having that makes it even more of a necessity that you provide us a means to easily get there. Yes I'm lazy...XD... but seriously... even you have noticed people on the forum tend to ignore the main site. If you always put a direct link into your posts of the thing you are talking about... more people will become aware and use it.  ;)

I don't mean to be off topic, but there's not much I can say regarding this post anyway... XP

BTW.. what ever happened to the beta card database?

It seems that if a Bakugan is enslaved, it may not be rolled. It can become un-enslaved, but at the cost of losing one gate card in your used pile. This game is starting to have too many elements in it (ST's, SA's, traps, big games, cards that rely on other cards, and now enslaving).

I like the idea of enslavement.. and how they tied it in with concepts form the show. It's practically like a doom card with different conditions.

Would have been awesome if they said that you could use the enslaved bakugan unless they paid a gate to get it back.. but I suppose that would have been TOO powerful.. XD
It definitely might have put more pressure on the opponent to get his bakugan back, XP

I like AS's train of thought...

Or perhaps, once it's enslaved you could use it against your opponents life gauge for one turn. Now THAT would make the game more interesting for me!

YES! I've been wondering where Ocean Spray, Drain Color, and Gale Force were hiding. And I have finally found a "Bakugan with the lowest G-power wins" card that doesn't give Ventus +200.

I noticed that there are abilities that work depening on the gate's color but the three listed are Copper, Bronze, and Gold

What is the point of the "Power Cards" (Alpha and Zeta) if you play tournament rules? Seems like a waste of a card to me.

You use them if you don't play by tournament rules. There. also, pretty soon there will be "Dart" Bakugan (namely Dart Dragonoid) that will be able to shoot. If they make Dart Dragonoid, then what about Paladin?
