He shant be referring anything. Anyway, wanted to point out that this topic is going to be just as spamful seeing as you completely ignored Reapers generous request which will only cause a continuation of the previous topic. Unless of course we leave the last topic for naught in which case we all wasted a bunch of time. I personally wouldnt be happy with wasting time which is what leads me to assume what Ive stated. I also laugh at how you turned the fault around again it shouldn't say "reaper please set your gate this time" it should say "reaper I will wait for you to set your gate this time" Just my rulebreaking 2 cents.

Thanks for that Judgement, you've pretty much stated exactly what I was going to post, which lets me keep this short and simple. Valentin, you've just completely ignored everything I said in the previous topic. I'm not allowing you to just take the first turn without any questions. Yes, I would have done so if you hadn't done what you did in the last topic. But I've already compromised to a sickening extent, and I'm not feeling compelled to sacrifice fairness any further. If we're going to do this, we need to use an unbiased method to determine who goes first. If you can't even agree to something that simple, how exactly do you expect anyone to respect you..?

Oh, and if you get to declare Masquerade as a referee without my consent, which you're really not supposed to do anyway, then I'm declaring that Tdog will also be refereeing, which also does not require your consent.

I think two referees is actually a good idea as for who goes first: both of you pm me and tdog the month and day you were born. no year. I will say who goes first by who has the first birthday (the reason you pm me AND tdog is so you have both of us to confirm it so neither him nor me are suspected of "cheating" or anything like that )

Ricky, it is only fair that he picks one too since you didn't allow him to be in on the decision :/ I dont think tdog will doanything that's unfair and if he does then I'll speak up and we'll figure something out. I'm beginning to trust him and I dont take him as the kind of person who would cheat in their favor.

I don't trust you either, so deal with it. If I do something unfair, I'm kept in-check by masquerade, so it's going to be very hard to do unfair things if I wanted to.

Anyways, since age isn't something provable on the internet (if you have a 100% foolproof way of both parties doing so, I'll go for it), I think it's fair to use a non-biased, random method of determining who goes first. Any objections?

When it was one judge who you favored it was a good idea but another judge. whom you don't favor, made the idea silly and unecassary? If it were just Tdog then your claim would make sense but as it stands you are just being childish about it. As for going first it is in the rules that youngest goes first but you already blew your first turn. If this were an OP game then you would have lost your turn, Bakugan, and cards. Reaper is not even demanding to go first but to find a fair way to see who goes first.

He does this against any person who actually says anything about him cheating or some other comment. To be honest this is why Reaper wanted to do this brawl to begin with; he wanted to finally have a brawl with Ricky and not have him cheat his pants off, which he didn't get. At least with judges around, this'll happen.

And I don't think birth month is a good idea, as it's fairly easy to say your birthday is January 3rd. We need a better randomized method.

I agree, Val is taking this to the extreme. No one can prove their age online, and the whole PM thing is a bit complicated.
