Shouldnt the wins and loses be equal to eachother on the board. How can you win 3 times if there was only one loss and thus one game?

Because masquerade wanted a fresh start but Ricky didn't so the scoreboard started with 2 wins and 0 losses on it.

I thought the same thing actually. I can brainstorm if I wind up sleeping tonight. Hopefully come up with something.

Like having a point system and number ranks. Start with 0 points. Gain one for a win then lose one loss. Then get a number rank in order of most to least points.

1:Ricky= 3 Points
2:Judgment= 1 Point
3:Masquerade= -1 Point
3:Seiki= -1 Point

Something like Elo or Krach seems like a better system to encourage participation instead of a jerk sitting on a lot of wins and blocking any requests to brawl.

@Seiki: It still has the same problem in encouraging no participation to keep your rank.

edit: Plus, it shows no skill. Beating up a few newbs should not count the same as beating up a few vets.

Sounds rather similar. I dont know if there are any easy ways to do this. There are plenty of complicated ways but I cant compute those when tired.

There are many good ways to do a scoreboard. This just isn't one of them. Especially when - regardless of my feelings toward Valentin - everyone knows how ranks went on the official forums; it seems in poor judgment to have the leader of those accursed ever-squabbled-over ranks be in charge of the rank system here. The last thing this site needs is people fighting with each other over whose rank is and isn't correct...

As for how to fix it, I'd suggest implementing something realistic and fair that stops people from holding rank 1 without ever brawling once they achieve it. I don't really know what specifically, but the current system is destined for failure...
