Failure by the writers of Bakugan

I also noticed the old episodes are very badly edited. first they will say go aquos seige, then they will tell their aquos terrorclaw to do something, when it is in fact, still seige *facepalms* there are so many incorrect namings it's not even funny

I remember in the first few episodes, they kept saying "Bakugans" as a plural instead of "Bakugan". XD

I noitced that too. actually, I thought i was wrong in saying bakugan as the plural, but then i found out I was right I think bakugan started out as a  "lets start this and add/ change stuff as we go" lol

I think SpinMaster just didn't care and lazily had the scripts made.

Yeah, SM shouldn't have been involved with the Anime, in my opinion. They should have left it to Sega, and just focused on the toyline.

I bet the Japanese dub MIGHT be better and more consistent, though, since it's the original dub. (And SM probably didn't mess with it.) However, the subtitles in subbed versions aren't always accurate, and my knowledge of the Japanese language is pretty rusty, so unless I learn more Japanese reeeeeally fast, I can't say it DEFINATELY is better, so it's just a guess. XD
